Human fitness and nutrition is very complex. It is our belief, however, that we can control our fitness if we control the "basics". Our mission is to assist people to achieve a lifelong state of health whatever they determine that to be (ie: "Fitness as you see fit"). To do this, we operate under the following basic principles and process:
Fundamental to nutrition management is ease of access. If health and wellness management is cumbersome, most won't do it. eTRaXC is accessible on your phone via a phone title and on your PC/Mac via a bookmark.
Points Based...No Counting
eTRaXC successfully quantifies your fitness efforts "as you see fit." You decide what to track and how much everything is worth, and enter the data into the system. Then,as you enter things on a daily basis, eTRaXC does the math.
Fitness is a uniquely individual concept. This app is designed to allow you to design, tweak, and modify as needed to make it work for you.
"Skinny" and "Healthy" are not synonymous.
Your fitness is your business. We want to help you achieve that. However, you will note the absence of phrases like "skinny", "thin" and "lose weight". We want to focus on losing fat and getting "fit." If skinny is what you want, you can get that here too. It's just that we focus on fit.
