Check Data Frequently.
Weigh yourself and take your pulse often. Good news makes us feel, well, good. Of course, bad news doesn't. But the body has it's own day-to-day fluctuations. Doing frequent checks allows you to "feel good" more frequently and get past the bad news more quickly.
